Draft Campus Master Plan Report
The draft Campus Master Plan is the result of the Project Team’s work over the past 1.5+ years, providing a framework to guide the evolution of the physical campus over the next 50 years. The draft report has been informed by input from the SFU Community and stakeholders through every stage of the project, including a series of key stakeholder interviews and workshops, an online survey, a Design Review Panel, and an Executive Steering Committee.
This first draft of the Campus Master Plan was shared with the Design Review Panel and Executive Steering Committee in September 2019, and is now being shared with the full SFU community through an Open House and parallel online engagement. All of the feedback received through these community engagement activities will inform refinements and finalization of the Campus Master Plan in December 2019.

- Summary analysis of the campus and context
- An emerging vision for SFU Burnaby 2065
